Emerson Harmon has always been drawn to beautiful things. Raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, she graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Art and Design, concentrating in Fashion and Fibers. That education honed her natural eye for design, art, and beauty and gave her a foundation that runs through everything she creates.
After graduating, Emerson spent years immersed in the wedding industry, traveling the country alongside celebrated destination wedding planners and absorbing everything the industry had to offer. She then moved into the interior design world, spending two years capturing some of the most beautiful homes and spaces in the Charleston area. It was in the intersection of these two worlds that The Harmon Edit was born.
